Recently, CIS held its Founding All-Staff Assembly, which was not only a reflection on the upcoming school year but also a symbol to the unity and strength of the CIS team. Head of School, Nathan, emphasized the unique value that each staff member brings to the CIS family.

Nathan emphasized that CIS welcomes and values every team member, regardless of nationality, cultural background, or life experience. He stated that this is not just a job, but a process where the school entrusts employees with responsibility and believes in their abilities to contribute to the school’s foundation and growth.

The Founding All-Staff Assembly injected confidence and motivation into the start of the new academic year, inspiring all staff members and preparing them fully for the educational journey ahead!
