On February 6, CIS Foshan Celebrated the 2026 Year of the Horse Chinese New Year Festival in a Joyful and Festive Atmosphere.



The campus was adorned with colorful decorations and filled with laughter as students, teachers, parents, and community friends from 30 different countries gathered together to share the joy of the New Year.

The entire school community gathered in the W Hall Performing Arts Theater to kick off the Spring Festival celebration with a series of exciting cultural performances.


With every brushstroke, the calligraphy brought New Year blessings of 

peace and good fortune.

The Sichuan Opera face-changing performance amazed the audience with its stunning transformations.

The magic show was full of fun and intrigue, with cheers and applause echoing throughout the room.

The energetic Monkey King made a dazzling appearance, bringing a classic story to life in the New Year celebration.

With lanterns hanging high and booths set up, the Spring Festival fair instantly warmed the campus. Traditional New Year foods and handmade ornaments decorated the area, creating a festive atmosphere that filled the air.

Students wandered through the fair, immersed in the New Year scene, experiencing the charm of Chinese traditional festivals.

In addition to the lively fair, the kindergarten and elementary school departments set up 9 interactive zones where students could enjoy traditional Spring Festival games.

These familiar New Year customs allowed children to experience the warmth of the holiday through hands-on activities.
