At CIS, we believe every student is a unique individual with their own talents and potential. That’s why, through our House system, we provide each student with a platform to fully showcase their individuality while harnessing the power of community.
We divide our students into four Houses — Hawks, Bears, Orcas, and Wolves.
This system is not only designed to strengthen collaboration among students, but more importantly, it fosters responsibility, leadership, teamwork, and a healthy sense of competition. It allows every student to find a sense of belonging and pride within their House, while learning how to support and inspire others throughout the journey of growing together.

In the very first week of the new semester, under the initiative and leadership of our Secondary School Principal, Pradeep, the Secondary School held its first House activity of the term.
In this activity, students worked closely with their mentors, brainstorming together to create their own team slogans.
Each slogan was filled with power, and every cheer carried a strong sense of team pride. This was not just a performance, but also a valuable opportunity to foster team spirit.

With a powerful and rhythmic chant, the Orca team embodied resilience, confidence, and fearless strength—just like the whales they represent.
Like a pack of wolves, the students of the Wolves team are always ready to face challenges, working seamlessly together, fighting with courage, and demonstrating their strong will.
When the Wolves’ slogan rang out, the power of the team seemed to surge instantly, inspiring every member to push forward with determination：

The Wolves’ chant was brief yet powerful, showcasing the sharpness and courage of the pack. “As a team, we stand side by side” conveyed their strong team spirit and shared goals.
The Hawks carry lofty aspirations, soaring high like eagles as they bravely face any storm, never stopping in their pursuit.

The Bears’ chant was grand and powerful, filled with strength and determination. It showcased their unity and indomitable spirit, as they embraced the night as their stage and faced challenges with courage.
This House Event in the Secondary School was more than just an activity—it was a showcase of teamwork, creativity, and leadership.Throughout the event, students expressed the core spirit and unity of their Houses through their slogans, demonstrating an attitude where collaboration goes hand in hand with challenge, and responsibility walks alongside honor.
This is only the beginning of the new school year, and the spirit of the four Houses will continue to inspire every student as they face the challenges of learning and life ahead.
