CIS Innovation Fair | CIS Foshan Innovation Expo – Last Call to Witness the Power of AI and Innovation

On March 25, CIS Foshan will host its annual Innovation Fair. This event brings together student innovation projects, AI and robotics experiences, and guest sharing.

During the event, visitors will see students presenting projects related to technology, sustainability, engineering, and creative design. Families will also have the chance to experience AI and robotics activities and listen to a talk from an MIT PhD guest speaker, offering a closer look at how innovation happens in student learning.

We warmly invite both CIS families and external families to join us.

This year’s Innovation Fair will feature a special guest:

Dr. Wang will give a talk titled: "Transform and Launch! The AI Superpowers Inside Robots."

At the same time, JT, a Grade 7 student at CIS, will also give a student presentation, sharing his own exploration and learning experience in innovation.

One of the most distinctive features of the CIS Innovation Fair is that students take the lead in presenting their learning.

Guided by their teachers, students explore different themes and develop their own projects. They then present their ideas and learning outcomes to classmates, teachers, and visiting families.

From ECE and Elementary to Secondary School, every grade designs its own projects and topics. This approach turns innovation from an idea into a real learning experience where students explore, create, and share their thinking.

Student projects will cover a range of interdisciplinary topics, including:

These themes integrate STEM education, technological innovation, and creative design, enabling students to understand and apply knowledge through the exploration of real-world problems, while also encouraging them to propose their own solutions.

At CIS, we believe students should not only learn knowledge, but also apply it, create with it, and use it to make a difference.

In addition to student presentations, the Innovation Fair will feature interactive experience zones where visitors can explore technology and creativity firsthand.

Activities include:

These activities allow visitors to experience innovation through hands-on exploration.

The CIS Innovation Fair is not only a showcase of student learning, but also a window into the CIS educational philosophy.
