Little Voices, Big World | "Childhood Singing the World": A grand gathering of music and growth
On May 29, the Canadian International Education Organization (CIEO) will host its first choir competition — "Voices of the World" — at CIS Canadian International School.
This competition brings together students from 6 kindergartens, 2 foreign language schools, and 3 international schools under the CIEO group, showcasing their musical talent and team spirit.
This competition not only provides students with a valuable opportunity for artistic exchange, but also serves as an important platform for showcasing their spirit of collaboration and diverse thinking.
This choir competition will bring together students from CIS and other schools within the CIEO group. Through a variety of unique choral performances, the students will showcase their musical dedication, passion, and beautiful imaginations about the world.
More than just a competition, this event is a vibrant celebration of the arts—a platform where children can experience the joy of growth and the beauty of music through their voices.
As a part of the CIEO group, CIS boasts a professional music performance venue. The school's auditorium, with a seating capacity of 700, is equipped with advanced stage lighting and sound systems, providing an exceptional experience for both performers and audience members.
This choir competition not only provides CIS children with an opportunity to showcase their musical talent, but also serves as a platform for them to demonstrate the CIS learner attributes.
Through the process of choir training and their final performance on stage, the children will demonstrate teamwork, diverse thinking, and the importance of collaboration.
