● Officially accredited by the Alberta Ministry of Education, widely recognized by top global universities
● Full English immersion environment, enhancing both language and academic skills simultaneously
● Focus on developing critical thinking, global perspectives, research, and communication abilities
● Diverse assessment methods that go beyond just grades, focusing on the real growth of each child.

2.Professional UGO University Guidance, Personalized Pathway Planning
CIS has a dedicated UGO (University Guidance Office) team that supports students at every educational stage, helping them plan their future and match the best possible academic pathway.

● Tailored university support based on individual needs
● Rich practical experience in applying to Chinese and global universities.
● Comprehensive assistance with interviews, application essays, and background enhancement
● Strong home-school collaboration for a more transparent and secure university application process

3.Hong Kong Identity × International Curriculum, Unique Competitive Edge for Local University Applications
CIS’s long-standing experience with Hong Kong students and the UGO team shows that having a Hong Kong identity combined with an international curriculum is becoming an advantageous combination for applying to local Hong Kong universities.
Why is this the case?
● The English-speaking environment helps improve students' English skills, which is crucial for their future competitiveness when applying to schools, especially local Hong Kong universities and global institutions.
● International curricula (such as Alberta, A-Level, etc.) emphasize critical thinking, proactive inquiry, global perspectives, and innovation.
● These qualities are exactly what top Hong Kong universities highly value when selecting students.
● Moreover, applicants with a Hong Kong identity who receive international education outside of Hong Kong demonstrate greater diversity in their academic background and adaptability to global environments.
● In other words, while strong academic results are important, more and more Hong Kong universities are focusing not only on “grades” but also on seeking international talents who possess independent thinking and comprehensive abilities.

4.CIEO Group’s Accumulated Strength in University Admissions, Real and Tangible
As a global education leader with 25 years of experience, CIEO (Canadian International Education Organization) and its member schools have successfully nurtured many outstanding Hong Kong graduates.
Hong Kong graduates have been admitted to top universities, including:
● The University of Hong Kong (HKU)
● The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST)
● The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU)
● City University of Hong Kong (CityU)
● University College London (UCL)
● University of Toronto (U of T)
● Pennsylvania State University
● The Ohio State University
● University of Manchester, UK
The continuous improvement in university admission outcomes is a strong testament to CIS as a quality educational choice for Hong Kong families. Whether students choose to pursue higher education in Hong Kong, attend top global universities, or stay in the Greater Bay Area for further development, CIS aims to be a solid educational partner for Hong Kong families, offering more choices and possibilities for their children’s future.
