Caring Community | CIS × Women Entrepreneurs Beijiao, A Warm Parent-Child Experience

On 24 May, CIS in collaboration with Women Entrepreneurs Beijiao hosted the “Her Power · Little Giants’ Weekend” Parent-Child Carnival. Twenty member families were invited to visit the campus and spend a joyful day filled with laughter, connection, and quality family time.

Centred around the theme of“interaction, companionship, and growth”, the event featured parent-child baking, fun sports games, and warm interactive activities. In a relaxed and cheerful atmosphere, parents and children strengthened their bonds and created beautiful memories together.

The event began with a warm and joyful atmosphere across the campus. Children wrote down their thanks and heartfelt messages to their mothers, then placed their love-filled cards on the “Growth Tree”. Through their innocent words, they expressed their most sincere feelings.

Afterwards, parents and children enjoyed a relaxing campus walk together, experiencing the school environment and educational atmosphere through natural conversation. With the gentle breeze and warm sunshine, the connection and warmth between families quietly grew.

One of the highlights of the event was the parent-child baking workshop. Under the guidance of CIS’s professional baking instructor, families learned how to decorate icing cookies. Parents and children worked closely together, choosing colours, designing patterns, and creating their own unique cookie artworks.

Each colourful and delicate cookie carried the children’s creativity and imagination, while also capturing the warm moments of parent-child teamwork. The sweet aroma of baking filled the room, making the meaning of “companionship” even more vivid and heartfelt.

After the sweet baking session, the fun parent-child sports games began. Activities such as the ball relay, speed cup stacking, and the “Kangaroo Mum” catching game brought energy and excitement to the day.

Parents put aside their busy work schedules and fully engaged in the games with their children. The children, meanwhile, released their energy, gained confidence, and enjoyed each challenge with laughter. Cheers and laughter filled the campus, and the sight of families working side by side became one of the warmest scenes of the day.

At the end of the event, all participating families gathered for a group photo. Children stood proudly beside their mothers, holding the cookie gift boxes they had made by hand. Their bright smiles were gently captured by the camera.

In that moment, the joy of the celebration, the warmth of family companionship, and the beauty of growth were all carefully preserved, bringing the Parent-Child Carnival to a wonderful close.

This event not only allowed children to release their nature and enjoy happiness through interactive experiences, but also reminded parents of the value of high-quality family time.
