Fitness Conference
The home version of the "100-Person Fitness Fat-Burning Conference" kicked off with a burst of sweat! Led by professional fitness trainers, we exercised together under the blue sky and white clouds. Enjoying the freedom of easy breathing, we released the joyful energy of movement.
