The YLMUN Asia Competition will take place from 14 to 16 March 2026, with registration and accommodation starting on the evening of 13 March. To ensure that students are well prepared, we offer comprehensive pre-conference materials, including topic background files and UN case studies, upon successful registration. There is always a plan that suits enthusiastic participants such as yourself.

Authoritative Endorsement: The competition is supported by UN Tourism. Certificates are signed by former UN Under-Secretary-General, Mr. Erik Solheim, and other experts with direct experience in hundreds of real UN decision-making processes. Outstanding proposals are submitted to the UN Tourism Policy Research Centre .

Below are the key dates for the conference preparation and proceedings. All delegates and faculty advisors are kindly advised to take note and arrange their schedules accordingly.
温馨提示：会议正式会期为 2026年3月14日至16日。报名截止日期（2月6日）后席位将最终确认，建议有意向的代表与学校尽早完成报名。
Official Conference Period: The main sessions of the 2026 YLMUN Asia Competition will be held from March 14 to 16, 2026.
Registration Deadline: The deadline for registration is February 6, 2026. Please note that seat allocations will be finalized after this date, and late applications may not be accommodated.
所有参会代表均可获得大会参与证书，获奖证书由前联合国官员联合认证，含金量高。表现优异者将直通欧洲决赛，争夺更高荣誉。
All participants will receive a conference certificate, while award certificates will be co-endorsed by former UN officials, ensuring high credibility. Outstanding delegates will gain direct access to the European finals to compete for higher honors.

报名条件
Eligibility Criteria
11-17岁学生（按年龄分组：11-13岁组、14岁及以上组）。
参与过YLMUN初赛，已获得金银铜奖和个人奖的选手或经组委会综合评定获得亚洲赛参赛资格的学生；
具备基本英语交流水平，有模联经验或接受过培训者优先。
报名截止日期：2026年2月6日前完成报名确认。
Students aged 11-17 (grouped by age: 11-13 years old, 14 years and above).
Students who participated in the YLMUN National Rounds and won Gold, Silver, or Bronze awards (including individual awards), or those who are comprehensively evaluated and approved by the Organizing Committee.
Basic English communication skills required; preference given to those with MUN experience or professional training.
Registration Deadline: Confirm participation by February 6, 2026.

会议费用：人民币5480元。
费用包含：住宿、会议费、餐饮、会议场地、资料制作、研学参访、接送机交通、证书制作、联合国官员指导、保险费、政府税费等。

Cost Details Conference Fee: RMB 5,480.
Fee includes: Accommodation, conference fees, meals, venue rental, materials production, study visits (including UN agencies in Thailand and the Ancient City), airport transfers and study tour transportation, certificate production, guidance from UN officials, insurance, government taxes, etc.

国家席位一经分配和确认，代表会议费将无法退还。在此之前，若因客观原因无法参会，请联系组委会协调。

Once country assignments are allocated and confirmed, the conference fee cannot be refunded. Before that, if unable to attend due to objective reasons, please contact the organizing committee for coordination.
