At the beginning of the new semester, all teachers and students at Caeyu International School gathered for the opening assembly of the 2025–2026 academic year. The event offered a chance to reflect on growth, align with the school’s direction, and prepare for new challenges and opportunities.
Speech by the Headmaster:
Continuous Growth with the Three Rs
The assembly began with a speech by Headmaster Nathan Gray, who introduced the "Three Rs"—Read, Reflect, and Refresh—as the key learning themes for the new semester:
Read: Keep expanding your horizons and building understanding through reading and learning.
Reflect: Look back on past experiences, extracting insights for personal growth.
Refresh: Approach the new semester with a renewed mindset and goals, ready to face the learning challenges ahead.
These three key words are not only a reminder of effective learning strategies but also reflect the learning rhythm promoted by CIS—continual growth with direction through input, reflection, and adjustment.
