Caring Community | CIS Foshan Walks with Love into Rural Schools

On May 27, the “Tiny Flowers Blossom, Nurturing Young Hearts” Rural Children’s Campus Aesthetic Education Festival and Caring Enterprise Campus Visit was warmly held at Lianhe Central Primary School in Guangning County.

The event was hosted by Lianhe Central Primary School in Guangning County and the Guangdong Changjiang Public Welfare Foundation, with CIEO Education Foundation participating as a caring supporting organization.

Three schools under the Canadian International Education Organization (CIEO) — Caeyu International School of Foshan (CISFS), Canadian International School of Guangzhou (CISGZ), and Canadian Foreign Language School (CLS) — joined the event, coming together for a meaningful journey of aesthetic education, charity, and love.

During the event, CIS Foshan teachers, students, and PTA members actively took part. Through performances and interactive activities, students showed confidence and vitality, while teachers and parents offered warm companionship and support, witnessing together this meaningful exchange of aesthetic education, charity, and love.

During the event, participating schools also jointly held a student art exhibition. Creative and imaginative artworks were displayed across the campus, showcasing students’ artistic expression and rich creativity, while adding a vibrant touch of aesthetic education to the rural school.

During the cultural performance session, CIS Foshan Grade 4 students Sophia and Milly, together with Grade 5 students Maecia, Alice, Meka, and Nastya, presented the Chinese dance “Loulan Formation Dance”.

With powerful, well-coordinated movements and confident stage presence, the students demonstrated great spirit and received warm applause from the audience.

Teachers and parents also supported and accompanied the students throughout the event, together witnessing this warm exchange of aesthetic education, charity, and love.

In addition to the cultural exchange, the event also included a donation and interactive session. The Guangdong CIEO Charity Education Foundation donated Children’s Day gifts and learning supplies to the students, hoping to bring them more encouragement and support.

The warm and friendly atmosphere also allowed students to build friendships and share joyful moments through interaction. For the students, this was not only an event, but also a real and meaningful learning experience.
