At the same time, Head of School Nathan gave a wonderful retrospective, leading everyone to look back on the growth of CIS and sharing precious moments of the campus.
On Foundation Day, Head of School Nathan delivered a wonderful speech. He led all the teachers and students to review the history of CIS from its founding to the present, and displayed precious photos from the period of campus construction.

When the children saw the familiar campus scenes, they exclaimed one after another: “This is the current school gate!” “This is our gymnasium!” For a moment, the entire auditorium was filled with laughter and exclamations of surprise.
The Head of School said that it is precisely because of the hard work of all the faculty and staff that CIS can continue to grow and shine with its unique brilliance.

Before-and-After Comparison of the School Gate Construction
Through a series of before-and-after comparison photos, the children not only saw the changes in the campus but also experienced a deep emotional connection with the school.
In this process, they realized that their stories and the school’s story are being written together, forming a strong sense of belonging.

Photos of the Creative Process of Each Division
This innovative artistic co-creation was not only a “birthday gift” for the school, but also a cross-division and cross-cultural educational experience. It allowed the children to learn to appreciate diverse forms of expression, and also to experience the power of communication and collaboration through cooperation.
The celebration of Foundation Day was both a commemoration and a shared witness. The children used paintbrushes to depict the dreams in their hearts, and the Head of School used stories to connect the past with the future.
As CIS’s vision states: “Innovate Today · Lead Tomorrow,” every creative expression and every collaborative exploration is an important step for the children on their journey toward the future.
On the educational path of “Academic Excellence, Caring Community,” CIS will continue to walk hand in hand with parents and students, jointly writing the extraordinary chapters that belong to CIS
